Please join us at Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford Elementary on Wednesday, April 3 between 3:45 PM and 5:30 PM for an informal meet-and-greet with Mark Harmon. Mr. Harmon has been selected to serve as superintendent of schools and will begin his tenure on July 1, 2024. This is a wonderful opportunity for our staff and community members to connect with our incoming superintendent.

WMS will be hosting some amazing community members as part of the Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. They will be presenting our 8th graders with a program called Choices. Be sure and ask your 8th grader about it after school tomorrow!! Also, a reminder that 8th grade students will not report to Ag at the high school but to WMS at 8:00!
Hi 8th graders time is running out to get all the information for the 8th grade party, pictures and pay your dues. Come to the office and grab a packet with all the information! Dues will be collected until March 28th.
Tomorrow, Wednesday March 13th, 8th grade Ag students will NOT be going to the high school. They will report to Mrs. Dobbs room at the middle school at 8:00am.

Weatherford Public Schools will have an early release this Thursday, March 7. Buses will start routes at 2:00 PM, approximately one hour earlier than usual. Car riders will also be released at this same. This adjustment will allow WPS staff to attend the State Basketball Tournament and cheer on our Weatherford Eagle basketball team.
Additionally, we would like to remind you that there will be no school on Friday, March 8th, as per the school calendar.

WMS StuCo had the best opportunity this week. They were able to spend the day at the State Capitol with Representative Anthony Moore. Even better than all the things they were able to see was the one on one time that Rep. Moore spent with them. We cannot thank you enough!!
