Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) is pleased to offer the SWOSU STEAM Dawg HOUSE Academy Summer Camp on Thursday, July 16, at the SWOSU Wellness Center in Weatherford.
The one-day camp is designed for students who completed fifth or sixth grade in spring 2026 and will enter sixth or seventh grade in fall 2026. Participants will engage in hands-on activities focused on science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) while working alongside SWOSU faculty, students, and community partners.
Camp sessions will include activities such as Sports Lab and STEAM City Design, providing students opportunities to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork in an engaging learning environment.

Location: SWOSU Wellness Center, Weatherford
Check-in: 8:00–8:30 a.m.
Camp Activities: Begin at 8:30 a.m.
Pickup: 4:30–5:00 p.m.
Cost: $25 per student
Capacity: Limited to 30 students
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, July 8
Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided. Financial assistance and payment plan options are available for families who may need support.

Save the Date: WPS Physical Night is May 12th from 5-7 PM at the PAC. All student athletes are required to have a current physical to participate in school athletics! This physical will be good for the 26-27 school year.

Last Call: Before and after school tutoring is still available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays!
Tutoring will be available this week and next week only. This is a great opportunity for one final push to get those grades up and finish strong!
