Students need to be lined up and ready no later than 6:45! We are excited to promote them to the High School!
Time is running out to sign up for the WMS Dodgeball Tournament! Don't get left out. Grab 7 of your friends, fill out the form and turn it in to the office by this Friday the 10th. Don't delay, dodgeball is but a few days away♥️🦅

Graduation Handshake picture forms should have gone home with your 8th grader yesterday! They are due back in the office tomorrow, Wednesday, May 8!
We are closely monitoring weather reports and want to work with families as they make decisions on what is best for their child. Currently, our plan is to maintain our regular school schedule and dismiss at the normal release time. Students and staff that are at the school will all have a safe place if concerning weather arises.
We do understand that some families may prefer to pick up their child early. We also understand that your child may normally ride the bus, but you want to pick them up today. If this is the case, please let our offices know early so that we aren’t making last minute changes.
Your child's safety is our top priority and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our processes efficient and effective during these times.
Weatherford Administration Team
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, 7th hour athletes will not leave for athletics. They will stay at the middle school. Please plan to pick them up from the Middle School. Buses will run as usual.
Due to predicted severe weather, we will be postponing physical night. We will reschedule for Wednesday, May 15th. Questions about the reschedule can be directed to Athletic Trainer Grant Schamburg gschamburg@wpsok.org

WMS had network issues this morning. Most students were not able to take the Math State test. Therefore we are back to regular schedule today. . We are rescheduling the test to next Tuesday the 7th!

Congratulations to all of the NJHS inductees! Weatherford Middle School inducted its 2nd class of students into the National Junior Honor Society on Thursday, August 25. The current NJHS officers and members conducted the induction ceremony for thirty-three seventh graders and twelve eighth graders.
Weatherford Middle School could not run without these two special ladies! Thank you Anita and Jennifer for all you do for the students and staff at WMS♥️🦅
