I am teaching both 7^th grade English and 7^th grade Honors English classes this year. I am so excited to get back to teaching ONE grade level and getting to know each and every single 7^th grade student in our building.

Because I am teaching most of the day (OF COURSE ) the best, most efficient means of communication is always email. Unless it is one of those crazy days, I always return emails before leaving the building, and I always aim to return phone calls within a 24-hour hour time-period. If ever we need to set up a meeting, the best time is during my planning period (10:46-11:34), or during my lunch break (11:34-12:24). I am also available on certain days after school.

I am going to try really hard to utilize the Remind app this year since students seem to love their cell phones so much these days I am hoping maybe they will download this app and get Mrs. Ray’s important class reminders about assignments, due dates, AR deadlines, tests, etc.
